Problem Solving

Think outside the box through creative problem solving

INTRODUCTION

By Thinking Outside the Box, a person can perform a new enterprise that can keep many people engaged in productive activity. However, the creative idea has to be executed properly for innovation to take place. Although the term and creativity and innovations are often used interchangeably, innovation refers to the creation of new ideas and their implementation.

Creative thinking enables leaders to contribute novel insights that can open up new opportunities or alternatives for the group or the organisation. The role of Creative Leader is to bring into existence ideas and things that did not exist previously or that existed in a different form. Leaders are not bound by the current solutions to problems. Instead, they create images of other possibilities. Leaders often move a firm into an additional business or start a new department that offers another service.

This one-day workshop emphasizes Creativity Development for the leader. It also explains the nature of creativity and creative people and examines the leader’s role in establishing an atmosphere conducive to creativity among group members, along with leadership practices conducive to innovation.
