EXECUTIVE DEGREE IN HOTEL & TOURISM MANAGEMENT


INTRODUCTION
This dual award program is developed from a combination of two fields of study; Hotel and Tourism. the curriculum is designed for graduates to be able to take on senior management roles in the hotel and tourism industries. With a heavy emphasis on the strategic business development of hospitality and tourism organizations, students are comprehensively-trained to take on responsibilities that will prove invaluable to their career development in these industries. The dissertation component allows for self-study and for students to further specialize in their chosen field.
Graduates of this dual award degree program receive a degree award from SEGI College Subang Jaya.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of our Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management Program is to:

The importance of outstanding guest-service quality, server-guest relationships and ethics.

Comprehending, synthesizing and evaluating elements of professional service management.

Demonstrating the skills and behaviors required during customer involvement to analyze, judge and act in ways that contribute to customer satisfaction.

Ability to define and explain food production terms and principles, including food safety and sanitation practices, apply key principles in operating food service establishments, and evaluate and critique the effectiveness of such applications.

Ability to evaluate, analyze and determine the application of human resource theories and principles in maximizing employee performance, employee retention and customer (internal and external) service.
