A few decades ago, unexpectedly, none of us ever thought of celebrating anything like “this”. What is “this”? Government efficiency and world competitiveness! In today, we have seen not only the electronics and manufacturing industries in Malaysia grow and grow and become a major part of Malaysia’s industrialisation. Malaysia was recently ranked 6th on economic performance, 19th leading trading nation and 8th in world competitiveness ranking.
But they were then rather small industries, had only been around for about three or four years before they decided to locate their manufacturing in Penang because Penang is such a lovely place. It has a very good mixture of people who are very hospitable, reliable, educated and who serves the best food in Malaysia.
It is quite clear that they have been expanding and modernising. Instead of investing only in microscopes, they have gone into very complex robots, which work at a ferocious speed. I can never understand how it can be done at all but obviously technology and industrial education has come in a big way into these industries and now the workers really supervise the automated machines rather than work with their hands.
In fact it is Reinforcing Human Capital ( RHC ), who have been making continuos progress in educating the manufacturing industry and have also help to motivate manufacturing higher-end components and sub-assemblies in order to supply the foreign manufacturing companies in Malaysia
We hope through this business friendly education and training centre will continue to provide and guide workers and investors. We need to listen to their grouses and accommodate them, our willingness to make life meaningful for them and make their company profitable through our consultation, in order that our industries will continue to grow in all sectors.
You may hear us complaining about globalisation. We are not against globalisation. We are just against the interpretation of globalisation that has been made today. With our expertise at RHC, we hope to continue to strive and work harder in giving further opportunities to the human capital of the nation in order for the country to protect itself from the undesirable forces of globalisation.

ABOUT RHC CONSULTANCY
Reinforcing Human Capital Consultancy Sdn Bhd (RHC) was formed to promote and foster the evolution of indigenous expertise in training, continuing professional education (CPE) and consultancy industry. It aims to serve the general public as well as the commercial and industrial community in these specialized areas with incorporation of appropriate foreign elements suited and relevant to the Malaysian environment.
The organisation has been providing consultancy services, training and education programmes for working adults previously through Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Disted Sowers Sdn Bhd since 1989. It is led by a team of qualified and dedicated professionals who believe in sharing their expertise and to assist in the industrial development of the country through in-company and public programmes seminars and consultancies, especially for the working adults.
RHC have both its education centre and training centre previously located at the Yeap Chor Ee Campus. We
have a regular clientele of employers whom we provide in-company training and for the smaller firms we offer public programmes and management consultancy to meet their training needs.

INTRODUCTION
The Executive Degree in Quality Management covers the essential ISO 9001:2015 QM standard in helping organizations to articulate from preliminary inspection, quality control, quality assurance and total cost control into a leading total quality management culture.
Participants to this programme will receive a comprehensive competence and capabilities of best practices in quality management.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
